We start with the problem and the people it affects, and agree what a good result looks like.

We set out the structure, the data and the main screens before building, and confirm the scope in writing.

We build in small steps you can review, and keep notes as we go.

We check features, forms, security basics and screen sizes against real use, including the awkward cases.

We release, check that everything works live and hand over the documentation. The support that follows depends on the package.
