Information we collect

The contact form asks for your name, email address, company name, website (if any), phone or WhatsApp number (optional), a message and your preferred way to be contacted. The project brief asks for your name and email, and for your selections: what you would like to build, what needs to work better (with an optional short note), your stage, the kind of help you need and a budget range. Sending either one through this website requires an explicit consent checkbox. Opening a WhatsApp or Gmail draft does not send anything to us.

Your answers while you fill in the project brief

The project brief keeps your selections in your browser tab so that a refresh does not lose them. Your name and email are not kept there, and the selections are removed once the brief is sent or the tab is closed. Nothing is sent until you choose WhatsApp, Gmail or sending through this website.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to review and respond to your enquiry, so that we can understand what you are building and suggest a practical next step. It is not used for marketing and is not sold or rented to anyone.

How enquiries are handled

We review submissions from the contact form and project brief before replying. The Gmail and WhatsApp options on this site work differently. They open a pre-filled draft inside your own Gmail or WhatsApp account, and nothing is sent to us or recorded on our side unless you choose to send that draft yourself.

Where information is stored

Form submissions are written to a private Google Sheet through a Google Apps Script, and a notification email is sent to us. Access to that sheet is restricted and is used only to review and respond to enquiries.

Third-party services we use

This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which provides hosting, network security and performance. Form submissions and the notification emails pass through Google (Sheets and Apps Script). The private staff area uses Supabase for sign-in when it is switched on. We do not share submission content with any other outside service.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies of any kind. The only cookies the site can set are essential session cookies that keep a staff member signed in to the private admin area. Ordinary visitors browsing the public site are not issued any cookies.

Data retention

We keep enquiry information for as long as it is needed to respond to you, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records, then remove it. A specific retention schedule is still being finalised and will be published here once confirmed.

Your rights

Depending on where you are based, you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
