AI assistants and voice systems
An assistant works best with one defined job. We set out what it may answer, what it must refuse and when it hands over to a person, then test it against difficult questions before it goes live. Voice assistants follow the same rules and depend on the phone provider you choose. VIGIL is our prototype for this kind of work.

SCOPE, TIMELINE AND PRICING
Each assistant has one defined job. Open-ended, unrestricted use is out of scope.
Projects are quoted individually. You’ll receive a fixed quote before work begins.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can it answer customers automatically?
Only if the agreed use and safeguards support it. Drafting replies for a person to approve is often the safer start.
Can it answer phone calls?
Where a suitable voice provider and phone set-up exist, and local consent and recording rules allow it. A person can take over.
Can it use private documents?
Possibly, after we review access, retention and how sensitive the material is.
Is the output always correct?
Assistants can make mistakes, so the design includes checks, limits and a person who reviews.
