Recruiters who review large volumes of unstructured candidate information find it slow to identify suitable candidates.
WHAT WAS BUILT
A data pipeline that takes in candidate information, structures it through defined APIs and shows it in an evaluation interface for human reviewers. It is built in Python with a database-backed API layer, and uses AI-assisted processing to summarise incoming data. Hiring decisions stay with people.
